How do I return an item and who pays the costs?

For orders within Germany:
Order value under 50 euros: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order value over 50 euros: We bear the return costs. You can request a return label here.

For orders to Austria:
Order value under 100 euros: You are responsible for the return costs.
Order value over 100 euros: We bear the return costs. You can request a return label here.

For orders to Switzerland:
From an order value of CHF 200, both the shipping costs and the return costs are free of charge for you as a customer. Please contact our customer service to obtain a return label.

For orders to all other countries, please refer to the return conditions in the respective store.

To ensure that your return is processed as quickly and easily as possible, please follow these steps:

- Please return your order to our warehouse within the withdrawal period of 30 days after receipt.
- Please only return the goods in the original packaging.
- Please keep the receipt of the returned parcel in a safe place.
- The processing time for returns from receipt in our warehouse usually takes approx. 7-14 days.
