If they do not fit, please contact our customer service and send photos of the mounting points along with a copy of your vehicle registration document.

• A photo of the original mountings in your vehicle
• A photo of the mounting of the supplied Walser mats
• A photo of the footwell without mats
• A copy of your vehicle registration document

Replacing the Mounting Clips

After reviewing your information, we will send you the correct mounting clips including instructions free of charge by post.

To replace the clips, please follow these steps:

• Carefully separate the upper and lower clips from each other
• If necessary, carefully use a flathead screwdriver
• Attach the new clips and press them together firmly until you hear a click
• Reattach the mat in your vehicle
